You'll book the entire house (thus, no sharing with strangers), limited to maximum two guests per room and six guests per house; excluding babies and small children sharing with parents. Here you are not renting someone's holiday home; cluttered with their personal belongings. Rather, it's more like a guest house setting: modern, neat, clutter free. The entire house has recently been remodelled with modern tiles, carpets, bathroom fittings and light fixtures. The main bedroom offers a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The guest bathroom has a bath. A loose mattress with linen can be provided on request for small children. Superior mattresses and luxury class linen will ensure a good night's sleep ? brushed cotton sheets in winter and 100% percale in summer. For the colder months, the house offers panel heaters in all the bedrooms, fireplace and heater in the living room, and fluffy blankets. For summer, we provide fans in all bedrooms. For entertainment, there is a large flat screen television with full satellite television service (DStv) and DVD player, and a selection of board games, as well as a free standing barbecue / braai in the back garden. If you prefer the outdoors, the lagoon is around the corner and the town's hustle and bustle is five minutes away.We offer the fastest, unlimited (uncapped) fiber internet access available in Knysna ? making this house ideal for corporate travelers. The house is very child-friendly: safety covers in all the plug points, no indoor steps, and carpets in the bedrooms and the garden is fully fenced. For parents travelling with babies, we can provide a camping cot, high chair (feeding chair), Bumbo rubber seat, changing mat, stroller, microwave steriliser, and plastic feeding utensils. Please inform us beforehand of your baby needs. We provide bath towels, hand and body soap, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning aids, braai grid, and firewood for the indoor fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped ? even down to baking utensils. The fridge / freezer allows enough space for a long-term holiday. There is also a full stove / oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble drier. Your laundry can be done on request, at a small additional charge.
