The living room features a comfortable leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat-screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with one queen-sized bed and another flat screen monitor, a tiled three-quarter bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer round out the package. This Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to four-persons, enforced maximum occupancy.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which run on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
