#33 Snowater Condo

A Little Slice of Heaven! Your family will have an enjoyable mountain experience while staying in this one-bedroom, one-bathroom ground floor condo. Accessed by descending four steps, you'll discover one bedroom with one queen -size bed augmented by plenty of closet space, one full bath, a galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an open concept living and dining area with a hide-a-bed, a small flat screen monitor, a great gas fireplace, a dining table with seating for four-persons, plus a walk-out balcony with great territorial views. This Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep two to four people, enforced maximum occupancy.

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
