The Winchester Peak Chalet! This delightful one-story, three-bedroom, two-bath cabin is absolutely perfect for your family's vacation. Partially handicapped accessible, (not ADA compliant) almost everything inside this cabin can be readily accessed for most physically challenged guests. Upon entering through the front door, you'll discover an open and airy kitchen, dining, and living area with stainless steel appliances including a Sub- Zero refrigerator/freezer, a large dining table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two bar stools, and a comfy living space accompanied by a free -standing gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a flat screen monitor with a Blu Ray player. Proceeding down the hallway, you'll discover one-bedroom with one-queen sized bed, a three-quarter bath with a stack washer and dryer, a second bedroom also with one queen-sized bed a third ?master? bedroom with one full sized bed and a half-bath. A tankless water heater serves the cabin with an endless supply of hot water. Just outside the front door you'll find a gas grill, and on the side yard the cabin has its own private hot tub. This pet-friendly, Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to six-persons enforced maximum occupancy.
Please note: Wi-Fi service is now available to our area, and provided free of charge for guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free Wi-Fi service fails to function properly.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! Summer guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Winter guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera, the photography is unsurpassed year-round! Hot tub / pets ok / No smoking.
