The brand-new, tastefully decorated, fully furnished luxury venue can accommodate up to eight guests, contains spacious two en-suite double bedrooms (the Pelican and Seagull) with private walk-out patios. The other two bedrooms (Oystercatcher and Cape Gannet) have two single beds each with direct access to the lounge and dining area. These rooms share a luxury guest bathroom with bath, shower and toilet facilities. All rooms offer fresh linen, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries, ironing and tea / coffee-making facilities.

The luxury open-plan living room features a spacious walk-out patio with reserve and ocean views, skylights, inside and outside fireplaces, plus tea and coffee-making facilities. Living room and dining area offers a bar area, purified water, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen and walk-in scullery with a washing and dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and electrical oven and toaster.
