Concha Cottage is a double storey, three-bedroom, thatch roof house. The house is situated in Shelley Point, a north-facing village approximately 150km north of Cape Town.

The house is surrounded by beaches and is just a short walk from the golf course and The Shelley Point Country Club and Spa.
