'Die Plaas Huis' (The Farm House), is located on Yzerfontein Farm, which neighbours Yzerfontein Town. It is the original homestead and house, from which further subdivisions were made, including the town. As such, it is the oldest house in Yzerfontein.
The property comprises of three Double Bedrooms with Queen Size beds and one double Bunk Bed room, accommodating two. There is an inside Shower room and separate toilet, and also an outside shower with hot water. The outside bedroom has its own toilet. The house is in an excellent position and within walking distance of all you need.
Yzerfontein has a small crafts harbour, South Africa's longest uninterrupted beach (16 Miles of it) and South Africa's second largest Island (Dassen Island). We are well known for our Spring flowers and West Coast hospitality. Day trips can include Kwa-Ttu, the only Khoi heritage farm in South Africa, Tannie Evita Bezuidenhout's Peron in Darling, the neighboring West Coast National Park and the Langebaan Lagoon, to mention but a few.
