Snowater Condo #41

Snowater Condo #41 is a spacious condo with a private sauna and a soaker tub.

The three-bedroom, two baths, ground floor condo features a master bedroom with one king bed and a private walk-out balcony, a full bath with a soaker tub, a shower and sauna room. One bedroom with queen-size bed, another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood fireplace and a walk-out porch with peek-a-boo river views. Please note: Wi-Fi service is now available to our area, and provided free of charge for guest use. 

Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialling everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free Wi-Fi service fails to function properly.  

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness centre. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom.

The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
