From the opulent master bathroom to the high-end fixtures, to the fresh and modern colour palette, you're in for great lasting memories of a vacation well spent! The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD/monitor with surround sound, a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer, one bedroom with one king size bed, and an en-suite master bathroom with a two-compartment sink, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate soaker tub, plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with one king size bed, another bedroom with one queen size bed, and one full bathroom. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub, and an outdoor gas grill. This pet-friendly family vacation home will sleep up to six-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Snowline is a family-focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
