This three-story, two-bedroom home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large two-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The first floor lower area bedroom and game room have a queen-size bed along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and three-quarter bath, a cosy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, one bedroom with one queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, as well as one full bathroom. The second-floor living area includes a queen futon, a TV, a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with one queen-size bed, and a three-quarter bath en-suite. This vacation property will sleep six to eight guests.

Snowline is a family-focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children's playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
