Excellent comfortable house by

- delighted with the laundry facilities and the verandahs and balconies. Also the kitchen (shame no tv in the upstairs lounge/dining/kitchen room}. Only real disappointments were the fact that there was no hairdryer (and having bought one they would not deduct the cost from the final bill, so we took it with us instead of leaving it for the next occupants!), no can opener (the cost of which was deducted) and absolutely no information about anything on arrival - eg what day the rubbish is put out, how to contact anyone if any problems, let alone information about the area. The house would be improved by the addition of an information pack with a map of Knysna as a minimum. These things apart, we enjoyed our week there.
