Welcome to an exquisite holiday stay in this cosy 2 bedroom apartment in the lovely area of Bloubergrant, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Step into an open plan designed interior including a completely supplied kitchen, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The kitchen leads to a living area with a Flat-screen TV complemented by a DStv subscription, where you can experience self-catering satisfaction while you enjoy time indoors watching a favourite show. Glass doors at the end of the living area leads out to a balcony, including a barbeque area with seating to enjoy scrumptious meals with sundowners as you enjoy the picturesque twilight that the Cape is famous for.

The apartment complex comes with a spacious pool, another way to cool off during those hot summer days, and you will be allocated parking in the bay. The apartment's two bedrooms accommodate a family of 4. The main bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite with bath and shower.

The second bedroom also consisting of a double bed with access to a second en-suite has a shower only. If you would prefer to get out and explore, the beach is a brief stroll away where you can experience world class surfing and kite boarding, while the complex itself is situated in an entertainment district with a wealth of restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus there is a superette around the corner.As an added bonus, since the complex is located on the MyCiTi bus route, you will easily be able to access numerous other Cape attractions, such as the buzzing Cape Town city centre, the gorgeous coastal suburb of Sea Point and the Capes number 1 visited destination: the V&A Waterfront.

Nice, comfortable & clean space to stay. Rental agency takes care of the visitor. The occasional check up calls are appreciated.

Not as good as it looks by

Much smaller than the photos, no blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms which become very light at sunrise, no safe, no hairdryer, lift rarely works, dishwasher door hard to open without moving the machine out and rusty racks inside. Overall very disappointed with both the apartment and the managing agents resolution (or lack of) to issues. Booked for 4 weeks but left a week early. Would not recommend for anything more than a few days.
