With an emphasis on total rest and relaxation, Bumi Hills Safari Lodge encompasses natural splendor of Kariba. With the Zambezi escarpment as its backdrop, the lodge overlooks the foreshore below and the vastness of Lake Kariba.
Each of the twenty rooms boast a verandah overlooking either the lake or natural panorama of the bush and beyond while tasteful décor evokes the earthy sensuality of a true African Safari experience.

Bumi Hills Safari Lodge offers a variety of game and birdlife viewing for the enthusiast and amateur alike. Elephant, buffalo, kudu, and impala abound, while lions can be heard on the hunt.
Almost four hundred bird species have been recorded on the valley floor and around the lake shore. These include the European hobby, the Cuckoo falcon and the Bat hawk. Fish eagles and Bateleur eagles survey all from above.
The lodge is nestled in the natural bush on top of the hills and offers both a cooling breeze and fantastic views of the lake. To complement an awe-inspiring location, the Bumi Hills Safari Lodge team go to great lengths to ensure guests have a memorable stay.

Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per person per night and include accommodation, meals, all standard/local beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic), laundry, teas/coffees, and scheduled land and water game-viewing activities, plus a mini spa treatment and government tourism levy at 2%
Rate Excludes: Premium drinks, transfers, gratuities and curios
No children under 10 years are permitted at the lodge, unless in a group taking over the whole lodge
Rates exclude Departure Tax of $10.00 per person per sector (Must be settled directly by the guest). This is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum Two Night Stay is compulsory for all bookings at the lodge

Air Transfer (Compulsory)
An air transfer from Victoria Falls Airport to the lodge is compulsory - Prices and availability are available through our Reservations on request.
Scheduled Charter Departure Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday
* Maximum Baggage allowance of 10kgs in soft bags and 5kgs hand luggage will be permitted on the air transfers
* Rates exclude Departure Tax of $10.00 per person per sector (Must be settled directly by the guest). This is subject to change without prior notice.
* Minimum 2 persons per flight (or cost thereof)

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding peak seasons)
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation
We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
Cancellation Charges
29 – 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
14 - 01 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked
In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
