Directions
Take the N2 north towards Stanger/Richard Bay. Turn off at first exit and take the Tongaat Plaza tollgate exit. Turn right towards M4, then turn left onto M4 direction Ballito. Stay on the M4 and drive along the coast until you reach the first Zimbali Coastal Estate entrance gate ‘south’ on your right. Distance from Durban King Shaka Airport to South Gate 16 km. Drive over the hill and you will reach the Fairmont Zimbali Resort on your right.

Rates are quoted per room per night and include VAT and breakfast but exclude a 1% tourism levy.
Unless stated otherwise the maximum occupancy for all guest room categories is two adults per room.
Peak period: 22 Dec - 03 Jan: min 3 nights stay required
Long stay rates - minimum three (3) nights stay, not valid in peak period 22 Dec - 03 Jan. Long stay rates provided on request.

Extend your stay - and enjoy one night at no extra cost when you stay for 3 nights in Low Season and your 4th night is complimentary (01 May - 31 August)

Child Policy
Children 18 years old and under may stay at no extra charge in their parents’ room (excluding meals) in room categories accommodating more than 2 persons. Where two rooms are required to accommodate a family, the single occupancy rate will be charged for each room (plus meals and service charges where applicable).
Complimentary meals and gratuities will be offered to children 5 years old and under.
Children 6-12 years: 50% of meals and gratuities
Children 13 years and older: are on normal meal prices

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days or travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy

Cancellation Charges
31 - 15 days prior to arrival 25% of stay
14 – 7 days prior to arrival 50% of stay
6 – 0 days prior to arrival 100% of stay
Refunds where agreed are subject to a 10% administration fee.
