· All rates include 14% V.A.T. Should the government increase the rate, the hotel reserves the right to possibly increase the rate.
· All rates exclude 1% Tourism Levy
· All rates are quoted in South African Rand
· Double or twin beds are available. Please state your preference at time of booking.
· Standard Rooms: Suitable only for two adults OR one adult and one child
· Superior Rooms: Suitable only for one child with two adults OR two children with one adult. Mattress on floor for child.
· Luxury One Bedroom Suites: - Suitable only for two adults and one child OR two children with one adult. Mattress on floor for child.
· Family Suites: - All can accommodate 2 adults and two children OR 4 adults

CANCELLATIONS: (NOT GROUPS)
Deposits are refundable only if cancellations are received (in writing) as follows:
· Less than 14 days forfeit the full deposit.
· From15 to 21 days forfeit : 75% of the deposit
· From 22 to 28 days forfeit : 50% of deposit
