Knysna River Club has luxurious and spacious log chalets, beautifully set among tall, shady trees and on the very edge of Knysna's famous lagoon.

The Knysna Riverclub is famous for its unique lagoon facing chalets situated on the water's edge of the tranquil Knysna lagoon, providing spectacular views over the lagoon as well as over the Knysna Heads.

Garden facing units provide guests with the tranquillity of forest garden surroundings that can only be experienced in this unique part of the Garden Route.

The town nestles between the impressive Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean, with the world-renowned forests encircling it like a protective mantle. At the heart of Knysna is the 21 ha lagoon protected from the sea by the monolithic sandstone "Heads" - silent sentinels down the centuries of the rich history of this unique part of "paradise on earth".

Restaurant
Nestling under a large oak tree at the entrance to Knysna's award winning resort, The Knysna River Club, stands a quaint turn of the century building (circa 1890).

Filled with original yellowwood and Oregon, this cosy little building has an old world charm full of it's own distinctive character. This is the home of River Club Café - one of Knysna's finest restaurants.

Terms and Conditions
• The tariffs are quoted in South African Rands on a per room per night basis (excluding the four adult per person sharing rate)
• The quoted tariffs include accommodation, full buffet breakfast, bed levy and VAT at 14%
• The quoted tariffs exclude 1% tourism levy
• Children under 12 years of age sharing with two full paying adults pay 50% of the adult bed and breakfast rate.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment is required 30 days prior to guests arrival
For bookings made within 30 days prior to date of guests arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.
Over the peak season, 15 December – 10 January, a 50% deposit is required by the 01st October and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations, additions and amendments must be in writing at all times.
Cancellations/ amendments are subject to the following conditions:
a) 14 Days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. (1 Night stay will be
charged the full amount)
b) 3 Days or less prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
c) No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
d) In the event of premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full duration of the pre booked stay, unless same accommodation can be resold.
e) In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
