Wireless
The 4 star Relais Hotel, Leisure Bay Luxury Suites in Cape Town has recently installed high-speed wireless Internet access. This new exciting feature enables individuals with laptop computers or PDA’s (personnel digital assistant) to connect to the Internet with a wireless technology called Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi enables one to connect instantaneously to the internet to read emails, access websites and make voice calls over the internet from anywhere within the hotel’s parameters.

The only requirement is that the user’s laptop is equipped with a built-in Wi-Fi adapter which is already included in most new laptops. This exciting addition is proving to be a significant asset to the hotel as many business executives are expecting this service when travelling.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi Hotspot is part of a nation-wide Hotspot network administered by the ACSA (Airports Company of South Africa), MWEB and Internet Solutions joint venture.   • Exclusive of TOMSA (Tourism Promotion Levies) of 1% on accommodation

CHILDREN & MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY POLICY

No age restriction. 50% of all suite types have a sleeper couch in the lounge. If children U/12 (max 2) share a one bedroom suite with their parents and use the sleeper couch, they share for free and are only charged for meals. Third adult (12 yrs+), max 1 are charged a supplement of R150 (or prevailing rate).
If children share a two bedroom suite with their parents and use the second bedroom, they are charged the same rate as adults-the per suite rate applies. If children U/12 use the sleeper couch in the two bedroom suite, they share for free and are only charged for meals. This applies where there are already 4 adults in the suite. Fifth adult (12 yrs+), max 1 are charged a supplement of R150 (or prevailing rate). For infants (less than 1 year old) a cot is available on request and by prior arrangement at no extra charge.
