A tasteful, comfortable haven for relaxation; we offer 156 twin and double bed standard rooms which all offer wonderfully scenic views. With 2 twin bed rooms specialised for easy wheelchair access, incorporating bath and shower facilities with custom designed handrails, we ensure that all our physically challenged guests enjoy relaxed comfort.

Corporate Rooms
Our corporate rooms provide a smooth, modern setting for the busy executive who appreciates style and timeless sophistication; we offer 32 corporate rooms each equipped with a writing desk as well as email and internet connectivity.

Suites
A captivating sense of space, elegance and comfort, our 10 spacious suites boast private en-suite bathrooms each fitted with separate shower, corner bath and vanity. The intimate lounge, textured fabrics and muted tones have created a true serene environment for easy relaxation.

Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per room per night, in South African Rand, and are inclusive of a Full English Breakfast, and Value Added Tax at 14% and exclude a tourism levy of 1% of the accommodation charge.
We reserve the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
We reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. The hotels is able to provide change-room and luggage-storage facilities if required which are subject to availability.
All rooms are king-size or twin – please state your preference

ADDITIONAL RATES (Children Policy)
Age 0 – 3: No charge
Age 4– 11: at an additional cost for extra bed (one child may be accommodated with parents per room)
Age 12 and older: Own room

PAYMNT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (this excludes peak period bookings)
For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
All reservations, amendments and cancellations are to be made in writing
A cancellation fee will be levied by the hotel for any cancellations or non-arrivals after the final room requirements have been confirmed.
In the event of individual bookings being cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, pre-paid deposits are fully refundable. Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
All individual reservations not cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged one full nights accommodation.
In the event of a “no-show”, guests shall be liable for an amount equal to the first night’s contracted tariff amount.
