Deposit and Payment Policy
We are to receive payment of the total value of the booking
40 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival or at the time of making the reservation.
Guarantee Status – the room(s) will be held for arrival until 12h00 on the day following the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, guests will be liable for the total value of 1 night’s accommodation per room.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the total value of the booking will be made in respect of cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the schedule date of arrival.
Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
In respect of cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled date of arrival, 1 night’s accommodation will be charged per room.

This hotel has a Keg restaurant on the property and is across the road from Morningside Clinic. It is close to a gym and 3 minutes by car from the shopping centres of Village Walk, Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square. The convenience of this hotel is reinforced by its close proximity to the M1 motorway and the 30 minute drive from O.R.Tambo International Airport.

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

All rates exclude a Tourism Levy of 1%
The check-in time at all hotels is 14h00.
The check-out time at all hotels is 11h00
The hotels will endeavour to accommodate guests at an earlier check-in time if requested, subject to room availability.
The quoted rates are applicable to International visitors travelling from countries excluded from South Africa
City Lodge Hotels and CyberCapeTown reserves the right to limit the number of rooms, or rooms available, at the quoted rate in any 1 or more of the hotels operated by it. Please expect this to occur during “special event” or “high season” periods. The yielding of the City Lodge properties will determine whether your booking will be accepted on the rate advertised or if you will be offered a higher rate.
