Directions
From Durban International Airport:

Take the N3, North bound (towards the North Coast and Stanger).
Then take the Umhlanga, Phoenix and Mt Edgecombe off ramp.
Turn right at the traffic light and follow the appropriate signage to Gateway Theatre of Shopping.
Take the Umhlanga Rocks Drive turnoff.
At the top of the bridge turn left.
At the second traffic circle turn left into CENTENARY BOULEVARD and then left into Palm Boulevard. Royal Palm will be on the left hand side.

• Rates are quoted per person per night.
• Rates include VAT, breakfast, parking and tourism levy
• With the exception of the Penthouse, double room rates are based on 2 adults sharing, and are quoted per person per night.
• Rates for the Penthouse is based on a minimum of 3 adults sharing, and are quoted per person per night.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 29 – 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
• 14 - 01 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
