• CapeLuxuryRentals.com reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• The owners and management of CapeLuxuryRentals.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.
• Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full prepayment 60 days prior arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
• Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available.
• Credit Cards: the following credit cards are accepted - Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
• Reservations are subjected to terms and conditions on check-in.

Please confirm an exact check in time before arrival so one of our agents can meet you at the apartment at the time of your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
• Refunds, if agreed, is subject to a 10% administration fee.
