Deposits
In order to confirm a booking a 50% deposit must be made 14 days prior to the booking
If booking less than 14 days prior to stay the 50% deposit must be made within 48hrs of the booking to confirm. Failure to do so will notify The Lodge At Atlantic Beach that the booking will not be confirmed and will be opened up for further bookings.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made within 14 days, a full deposit will be paid back
If cancellation is made within 7 days, 50% of deposit will be paid back
If cancellation is made less than one week no refund of the 50% deposit will be paid back
If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date of arrival the rate for the entire accommodation must be settled with the Lodge at Atlantic Beach

Walk In Policy
If a booking is made on the date of requested arrival, the full amount for the entire stay must be paid upfront. Further charges will be settled on departure.
