Lincoln is a luxurious four bedroom house a mere 100 meters from the famous Camps Bay beach. The house is modern with high quality finishes throughout. The top floor has a fantastic entertainment area with breathtaking ocean and mountain views.
Location
Camps Bay, an opulent residential and vacation spot, nestled between the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range and a beautiful palm-fringed beach, is Cape Town's jet-setting capital. Combining startling natural beauty and contemporary living, it has a chic cosmopolitan atmosphere that adds to its distinctiveness.
Bedrooms
Lincoln has four luxurious and spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards, build-in hairdryers, luggage racks and underfloor heating. The main bedroom as well as the second bedroom features a television.
Main Bedroom
Enjoy spectacular ocean views! The luxurious master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The bathroom is equipped with his & hers basins.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has beautiful mountain and ocean views from a private balcony. The room is fitted with twin beds (can also be converted into a King size bed). The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Third Bedroom
This room has beautiful mountain views and is fitted with twin beds which can also be converted into a King size bed.

Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom is perfect for children, with twin beds. A guest loo with shower and toilet is located downstairs.

Rates are quoted per villa, per night in South African Rand and inclusive of VAT.
Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00.
5 Nights minimum stay from 22 December – 05 January
The owners and management of Cybercapetown and Village & Life cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the unit.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
