PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival

• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy

Cancellations:

30 or more days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit will be forfeited.

Between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival: 75% of deposit will be forfeited.

Anything less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit will be forfeited.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS

During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.

• Rates are quoted per person per night

• Rates are inclusive of VAT & breakfast BUT exclude a 1% tourism levy

CHILDRENS POLICY

• Subject to availability of suitable accommodation and maximum 2 children sharing a bedroom with 2 adults – where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, 2 rooms need to be booked in which case the single rate would apply to each room

• Kids over 12yrs, are considered adults

WEDDINGS

Zorgvliet Wine Estate can be the perfect venue for you, if you want to add a touch of magic and style to your big day. Surrounded by the Simonsberg and Drakenstein Mountains near Stellenbosch, you will be amazed at the breathtakingly spectacular views, and your wedding pictures will afford you absolutely classic memories.

Zorgvliet Wine Estate offers a variety of options; we have a very elegant wedding venue (The Oak room) for your reception and a chapel for you ceremony. We also have our wine studio (The Banghoek room) that can be used for pre drinks. For the guests who would like to stay over we have a country lodge on the premises which is walking distance from the venue.  For other activities during your stay, to ensure your guests mingle before or after your big day, we can offer a wonderful group picnic on our lawns or maybe a relaxing BBQ at our Wood Oven. We also have a cellar that you can tour by appointment or visit our wine tasting and savor the taste of Zorgvliet.

Zorgvliet Wine estate is a secure estate, with a 24 hour security service and secure parking area’s for your guests.
