Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival and Check-out time is at 10h00.
We have an early or late check in fee of R300.00 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00. This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it. CHECK-IN TIME
Please confirm an exact check in time before arrival so one of our agents can meet you at the apartment at the time of your arrival. Cancellation Policy
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
In the event of "no show", or should you not arrive on the started date, The full accommodation booked will be charged.
In the event of a premature departure (departing earlier than originally booked), 50% of the remainder of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. |
