Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per unit per night.
Rates are inclusive of VAT, but excluding 1% tourism levy.

To secure a reservation, 50% deposit is required on confirmation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required on confirmation

CHECK IN AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE
Please advise arrival details ie flight number upon confirmation of booking

KEY & BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A key & breakage deposit of ZAR 1000 is payable upon check-in, before handover of keys, and will be returned upon check-out should everything be in order. This can be paid with a c/card (authorization only) or cash (refunded with bank transfer after your stay).
Any loss or damage to the property and/or it's contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.
Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This in the interest of security. Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the Key & Breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and/or damage.

CANCELLATION FEES & NO SHOW
The following fees on the total rental amount is applicable as follows:
30+ Days prior to Arrival 0%
15 - 30 Days prior to Arrival 25%
7 - 14 Days prior to Arrival 50%
Within 7 Days of Arrival 100%
In the event of a no show, you will forfeit your deposit and be held accountable for the full rental amount equivalent to the first 7 days of rental, or the full rental amount if the rental is less than 7 days.
