With a shared entrance to the Main Funkey House, the Studio apartment enjoys a private, secure and enclosed garden. Once crossed, French doors open up to a cozy dining area, perfect for the single traveler or couple. Just behind, the Master bed completes the space for plush City living.

The open-plan Studio apartment boasts a modern bathroom area. The large shower expands across the quaint space, set just off the master bed.

The well equipped kitchenette completes the studio. Additional features such as a Flat Screen TV with full DSTV bouquet and modern HiFi ensure entrainment for evenings spent in leisure.

The Surrounding walls are secured by electric fencing. Added security is gained by the owners living just above the Studio in the Main house.

Cancellation:

• Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
• We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
