Directions
• Follow N2 to Cape Town and take the Strand Street turn off. Continue over the intersection, until crossing with Adderley Street. Turn left into Adderley Street.

• Follow Adderley across Darling street, turn left into Bureaux Street, turn left again into Parliament Street. The Cape Diamond Hotel is 100 meters further on the right hand corner (c/o Longmarket & Parliament Street).

• To find parking in the parcade across the hotel on your left hand side. For further information regarding the parking please contact the reception at the hotel.

We offer two venues which cater for conferences and private functions. • The rates are quoted per room per night, inclusive of VAT, but excluding 1% Tourism levy.
• Rates are inclusive of breakfast but excluding parking. Parking can be arranged at an additional cost.

Reservations cancelled less than 30days are subject to the following conditions:

• within 30 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee will be retained
• within 14 days prior to arrival – 75% cancellation fee will be retained
• within 0-7 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee will be retained
• No – shows – the cost of the full accommodation will be debited to account
