De Waterkant district is venue to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops, and museums. Guests will find whatever they’re looking for right on their doorstep, or mere minutes walk away. Many of the quaint streets are cobbled and steep and a variety of secret finds are hidden under old trees and behind renovated buildings and makes for an enjoyable adventure.

Those on business will appreciate the close proximity to the Cape Town Convention Center, while the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is only 5 blocks away, Camps Bay beaches 10 minutes drive and the cable way up to Table Mountain also only 10 minutes drive away.

Soho is also conveniently near to all the city’s main motorway, and the Cape winelands is only a 20-minute drive away.

Rates
Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per apartment per night.
Rate include VAT and exclude any meals.
Bookings over Christmas/New Year, must be a minimum of 14 nights.

Payment:
50% deposit is required on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
For booking made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation:
• Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
• We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
