Above tariffs are per room per night and inclusive of DINNER, BED & BREAKFAST,
MID-MORNING and AFTERNOON TEA and 14% VAT.
Tariffs are subject to alteration without notice and exclude Tourism and KZN Conservation Services levies.
Children may eat in the Adult dining room between 19:00 - 20:00. Full tariff will be charged for children eating in the Adult dining room outside of these hours.
Consumption of own liquor on these premises is not permitted. No pets are allowed.
Right of admission is reserved.

Children sharing adult's room are charged, per night, as follows:
0 - 2yrs: FREE
3 - 5yrs: R 540.00
6 - 10yrs: R 790.00

First two people in a room are charged adult’s sharing rate, regardless of age
Minimum 2 nights stay applies on weekends.
**Peak periods and minimum booking dates from 1 Nov ’12 to 31 Oct ’13:
14 – 16 Dec ‘12 (min 3 nights); 21 Dec ’12 – 5 Jan ’13 (min 4 nights); 20 – 23 March (min 4 nights); 28 – 31 March (min 4 nights Easter); 14 – 16 June (min 3 nights); 8 – 10 August (min 3 nights); 22-24 August (min 3 nights); 20 – 23 September (min 4 nights).

The check-in time at the Hotel is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00
Full pre-payment together with rooming list, is required no later than 40 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 40 days of arrival, full pre-payment is required within 48 hours of time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation between 40 and 8 days before the date of arrival – refund the deposit less 1 night’s accommodation for all rooms.
Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the date of arrival (if booking is more than 2 nights) – 50% of the entire deposit (full pre-payment) is forfeit. If booking is for one night only – full deposit is forfeit.
Non-Arrivals. No refund is due
Refunds, where agreed, is subject to a 10% administration fee.
