Terms and Conditions
Guests staying at Ezard House on Christmas Day and New Years Eve are expected to dine at the hotel those evenings.

RATES INCLUDE:
Rates are per room per night (maximum of two people) and include full English breakfast and VAT.
Internet access (ISDN / ADSL)

RATES EXCLUDE:
Lunches, dinners and all drinks.

WHOLE HOTEL RATE:
An exclusive use rate for the whole hotel is available. Rates are negotiable,
The hotel is fully serviced with chefs, butlers and housekeeping.

CHILDREN:
Children of 14 and older welcome.
The Hotel, with is central stair well and extensive balconies is not suited to younger children unless they have constant supervision.
If the Hotel is booked out by one group/family, children are allowed as long as they have supervision

CHECK IN TIME: At any time, depending on availability of rooms
CHECK OUT TIME: 11h00 - A Day Room with shower, changing area and luggage storage available for guests to use.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A deposit of 20% will secure your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee reservations are non-refundable. Without this deposit bookings may be cancelled without notification.
The full balance of accommodation is payable six weeks prior to date of guests’ arrival.
For bookings made within 60 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of 20% is non refundable.
Refunds of deposits / pre-payments are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the opportunity to re-let the rooms
Refunds if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of date of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable.
In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
