Friendly Policy

Children under the age of 3 Stay & Eat for FREE

AND

Children under the age of 12 Stay for FREE and pay for breakfast consumed.

The following conditions apply:

The above applies to a 1-Bedroom Apartment booked ie: 2 parents and max 1 child under 3 years of age and 1 child under 12 years of age.

For bookings where there are 2 children over the age of 3 years staying with their parents – a 2-Bedroom Apartment will be booked at the respective rate.

For bookings where there are more than 2 children (irrespective of age) staying with their parents – a 2-Bedroom Apartment or additional Apartments will be booked at the respective rate.

Children up to 3 years of age will either be accommodated in their parents bed OR a cot will be supplied by the hotel.

Children up to 12 years of age will either be accommodated in their parents bed, on the lounge-couch or in a fold-up bed supplied by the hotel.

Cots and fold-up beds are subject to availability. Should all Hotel stock be in use and therefore not available for a requested period / booking, the Hotel will arrange to have more hired in. A hire fee of R250 per day will be applicable per cot / fold-up bed required.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding peak seasons)

 Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation

 We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy

 Cancellation Charges

 29 – 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged  14 - 01 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged  No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked  In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

Parking

Secure Hourly, Daily and Monthly Parking Available.

Hotel Guest Parking available at R50 per day.

Terms and Conditions

Additional surcharge: 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th person sharing in a 2-Bedroom and/or Penthouse will be charged R115 each for breakfast.

Rates are quoted apartment per night sharing and include VAT, breakfast for 2 adults and the tourism levy. A breakfast surcharge will apply for additional guests.

The 1 Bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests The 2 Bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Above double rates are quoted per person per night. Additional surcharge will be applicable for the 03rd and 04th person sharing in a 2 bedroom apartment. Each will be charged 50% of the above adult sharing rate. Rates include VAT, breakfast and tourism levy
