• Check in time is after 14h00 and check out time is before 11h00
• Rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of: Accommodation, breakfast and VAT at 14%
• Rates exclude a 1% tourism levy
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY (EXCLUDING PEAK SEASON):
In order to secure your reservation, full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival, or the total amount for the stay will be charged; unless the room is sold for the entire duration of the reservation.
All no-shows will be charged for in full for the entire duration of the reservation.
All accounts must be settled in full on departure. In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, we reserve the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking, unless the room/suite is re-sold for the remainder of the stay in which case, a minimum of 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
Minimum stay 5 nights, for period 20 December - 05 January 2005 (inclusive) and strict prepayment terms apply.
