For this reason, we limit accommodation to 48 spacious rooms, including 5 Junior Suites, the luxurious Royal Pool Suite with it's own private swimming pool and the Presidential Suite. All rooms and suites open out onto private patios overlooking lush vineyards, landscaped gardens and the majestic Helderberg mountains.

Location
The Lanzerac Hotel & Spa is located on a private working wine estate in the world-famous Jonkershoek Valley surrounded by the dramatic Helderberg mountains.

The hotel's rooms, restaurants, bar, lounge and facilities are all located in the estate’s 300 year old Manor House and out-buildings, amidst 10 hectares of award-winning land-scaped gardens featuring numerous ancient oaks, some over 160 years old.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the famous South African wine pro-ducing areas of Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek and Somerset West, and very close to numerous golf courses and the beaches of the Strand, Gordon’s Bay and Cape Town. (From 20 to 70 minutes.)

Terms and Conditions
• Rates are quoted per room per night
• Rates are inclusive of VAT but exclude 1% tourism levy
• Rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast and an in room tea and coffee station
• In order to secure the reservation, we require full payment 30 days prior to arrival, excluding peak period reservations

Cancellation Policy
- 100% cancellation charge if cancelled 6 or fewer days in advance (this is also applicable for “no-shows” for which no written cancellation has been received.
- 75% cancellation charge if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation charge if cancelled between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival
- 25% cancellation charge if cancelled between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival
- 0% cancellation charge if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival
NB: Any unforeseen cancellations due to war, unrest or any other related circumstances are subject to the above mentioned terms and do not constitute a valid reason for waiver of cancellation policy terms.
