Location

The 4-star Primi Sea Castle Hotel is situated in the famous seaside resort of Camps Bay, flanked by the magnificent Twelve Apostles peaks, which form part of Table Mountain Range & overlook the beautiful Camps Bay beach. The hotel is only 20m from the one of the most popular & safest beach in Cape Town, with simply magnificent views!  The hotel offers superb value with an eclectic mix of contemporary furnishings, with an influence of North African & Moroccan style.

Rooms

The hotel has 10 individually-decorated rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and no two rooms alike. All rooms have mini-bars, mini safes & flat screen televisions equipped with satellite channels. Complimentary room amenities include coffee/tea station, bathroom toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers & hair dryers.

We have a choice of Standard No View, Standard Sea View and Classic Sea View Suites. The Standard Sea View rooms all have a small balcony and 1 has a small private seating area which leads directly onto the Pool Deck. The Classic Rooms enjoy the luxury of private patios, with 1 offering a large patio with a private spa bath. All Sea View rooms have direct views of Camps Bay Beach and they all have spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean where occasional whales & schools of dolphins can frequently be spotted from the balconies.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast area which looks across the communal splash pool & sun deck to the magnificent Altantic Ocean beyond. The entire hotel, including all rooms, has complimentary wireless internet access. Convenient free Street Parking is available directly adjacent or in front of the hotel and there are designated outside areas for smoking. There is 24-hour reception & security.

PLEASE NOTE: THE HOTEL HAS SEVERAL STAIRCASES BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE HOTEL. THERE IS NO LIFT - ONLY STAIRS - AND IS DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ALSO LIMITED PARKING ON THE PREMISES, BUT THERE IS FREE PARKING IN THE SIDE STREETS SURROUNDING THE HOTEL, PLUS FREE PARKING IN VICTORIA ROAD - DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL - ON THE BEACH SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Booking Policy

50% deposit required before reservation can be confirmed.  Remaining 50% required 30 days prior to arrival.  No specific rooms can be guaranteed - only room categories

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of the accommodation being charged.  Cancellations 8-14 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the accommodation being charged.  Cancellations 0-7 days prior to arrival will result in 100% of the accommodation being charged.  Banking Fees and Administrative Charges shall be deducted from all refunds

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

MINIMUM STAY IN DEC - FEB = 2 NIGHTS

 We reserve the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.  Single Rates are Not Applicable during Peak Season: 15 Dec - 15 Jan, Mining Indaba, Argus Cycle Tour & Easter.   All extra charges remain the same throughout the year irrespective of season.  Pets are not allowed on the premises

RATES: 

 Rates are quoted in ZAR and do not include for bank charges & foreign currency conversion fees.   Children under 12 years stay free if sharing bed with parents, but breakfast is charged @ R125 per child per day.  Baby Cots can be provided at an additional fee of R150 per night. Availability must be confirmed with reservation.  Use of a Sleeper Couch is an additional R700 per night inclusive of breakfast. Availability must be confirmed with reservation.  Rates are quoted in ZAR and are inclusive of breakfast, tourism levy, and 14% Value Added Tax.
