SunCoast Hotel and Towers opened in mid December 2006

Guests staying at the Towers have private access to an exclusive reception and lounge, which leads onto its own private deck. A complimentary cocktail hour is provided exclusively to Towers guests between the hours of 7pm-9 pm.

The hotel features 128 rooms each with a stunning en-suite shower. Encompassing the entire 9th floor of the Towers-700 square metres is the Spa. • Rates exclude a 1% tourism levy.

GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY:
To secure your reservation, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should this reservation be cancelled less than 7 days from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate for one night plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you in relation to your guarantee method above and attached.
Refunds, if issued, will be subject to a 10% administration fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of one night plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
