Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

If the arrival is within 30 days of the reservation, we require full payment on confirmation.

Cancellations received less that 14 days prior to arrival will result in one nights cancellation fee.

For no-shows, the full accommodation booked will be charged.

In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

Child Policy:

 aged 0 - 3 years - child stays free of charge if accommodated in a cot and sharing with parents  aged 4 - 12 years - child pays supplement if sharing with parents  aged 13 years and older - child must be accommodated in separate room

Townhouse Hotel - a maximum of 2 children per room can be accommodated/ bookings for children are on a request basis only as there are limited rooms available that accommodate children / children will be required to sleep on a sleeper couch and have to share if 2 children are in the room / camper cots for infants can be accommodated in all room types, except in the family rooms if the sleeper couch is already being used
