Child Policy

0 - 11 years  Not permitted at the lodge unless the lodge is booked on an exclusive use basis  12 years and older Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms. Pay full adult rates and are permitted on game drive.

Payment Policy

To secure the booking we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations to be sent in writing to the Reservations Office.

Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay.

Days prior to arrival

29 - 21 Days - 25% will be charged 20 - 11 Days - 50% will be charged 10 Days or less - 75% All no shows will be charged at 100% of the total value of the booking

Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.

The above rates are quoted per person per night.

Rate are inclusive of accommodation, three meals, two game drives and VAT.

Value Add:

The transfers are subject to the availability of seats (7 seats per transfer, one transfer for Skukuza and one for Hoedspruit)

Please take note: In 2017 we may opt to offer 1 x fixed time for drop off and pick up daily instead of the flexible times currently in place

Beverage Supplement: R 360.00 per person per day, includes soft drinks, local beers, local spirits and wines. Imported beverages are not included.
