The special is valid for travel 01 – 28 February 2013

R 3050.00 per ROOM per night, inclusive of accommodation, 3 meals and 2 safaris. Maximum two persons per room.
Romance value add: Romantic turndown and private dinner per stay

The above rates are valid for SA & SADC residents only
Rates exclude gate entry fees, beverages and items of a personal nature
A South African ID or passport number will be required when confirming the reservation and on check-in at the property
Valid for new reservations only from date of issue - 31.01.13
There is a limited allocation of rooms available on the above rates and standard rates will be charged if the allocation is full
The above rates are valid for individual reservations and may not be used for bookings of 3 or more rooms

Terms and Conditions
• Rate are inclusive of accommodation, three meals, two game drives and VAT.
• Rates exclude transfers, beverages and gate entry fees.

Child Policy
0 - 5 years Complimentary when sharing with full paying adults
6 - 11 years Pay advertised child rate when sharing with two full paying adults
Full adult rate applicable if occupying their own room or if sharing with one full paying adult
12 years and older Considered as adults and are accommodated in their own rooms

Payment Policy:
To secure the booking we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations to be sent in writing to the Reservations Office.
Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay.
Days prior to arrival:
29 - 15 Days - 50% will be charged
14 - 08 Days - 75% will be charged
07 - 0 Days - 100%
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
