Kurland Hotel Suites
Kurland has just 12 tastefully decorated and spacious suites. For the comfort of guests all suites have oversized beds, exquisite linens, huge en suite bathrooms, a lounge area and terrace, and are equipped with modern facilities such as telephones, satellite television, safes, mini bars, heated towel rails and under floor heating.

The superior suites all have private pools, which enjoy magnificent views of the estate, whilst the luxury suites have secluded courtyards and water features.
Children of all ages are welcome at Kurland, which boasts extensive play areas and a dedicated children’s dining conservatory.

RATES INCLUDE:
All year – Bed and Breakfast
Rates are per person per night sharing.
All rates include: Breakfast, all non alcoholic beverages, teas and coffees. Kurland Spa (sauna, steam room and gym), 24 hour internet access in the library, quad bikes (motorized 4 wheel motorbikes), mountain bikes,
tennis courts, Cafe? Complete every day consisting of tea, coffee, cakes and pastries served on the verandah, secure parking on the estate, tea and coffee delivered to room with wake up call, complimentary children’s Shetland pony rides (aged 1 – 6).
Rates include tourism levy at prevailing National rate (1%) and VAT at 14%
High Season – Dinner, Bed and Breakfast (dinner in high season not to be included after 09.01.10).
Includes all as above, but also extra festive hospitality and gourmet dinners every evening.

RATES EXCLUDE:
Laundry, personal extra’s, alcoholic drinks, lunches and dinner during the low season. Horse riding at R150 per hour (children aged +

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Low Season – B&B Period: 50% deposit or credit card number is required 40 days prior to guests arrival. For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation
High Season – DB&B Period: 50% non refundable deposit required 6 months prior to arrival, balance due 3 months prior to arrival
Refunds of deposits / pre-payments are at discretion of management and are dependent on the availability to re-let the rooms. If agreed, refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

CANCELLATION:
Low season – B&B Rate period
30 – 15 days prior to arrival = 50% cancellation on total
14 – 8 days prior to arrival = 75% cancellation on total
7 – 0 days prior to arrival = 100% on total

High season – DBB Rate period (BB only after 09.01.10)
6 months prior to arrival = 50% cancellation on total
3 months prior to arrival = 75% cancellation on total
1 month prior to arrival = 100% cancellation on total
