Welcome to Phantom View River Resort - riverside self-catering lodge-style cabins on the Knysna Lagoon.

Phantom View River Resort is situated in the heart of South Africa’s Garden Route coast - so it’s an ideal base from which to explore. And it’s next door to Lightleys Holiday Houseboats, Knysna - so it’s the ideal venue for enjoying your water sports on the Knysna Lagoon.
Phantom View River Resort offers eight 3-bedroom lodges and two 2-bedroom lodges - with all bedrooms en-suite. All our lodges are luxuriously equipped to 3-star standards and have open plan lounges and wide wooden decks boasting uninterrupted views of the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.

Location
Phantom View River Resort is quietly positioned 5 km from Knysna Central, along the beautiful Cape Garden Route. Excellent all-year-round weather makes Phantom View River Resort perfect for family holidays, small tour groups, incentives and our unique boathouse holidays.
Accommodation
Phantom View River Resort offers seven, luxurious self catering log chalets with wide, shaded wooden decks and large entertainment areas, giving uninterrupted views of the Knysna Lagoon, Knysna River and Outeniqua Mountains.

Each chalet is fully equipped and serviced daily. The 2- and 3-bedroom double-story units, have the master bedroom and entertainment areas on entrance level, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms downstairs.
Guests have direct access to the Knysna River and Lagoon for bird watching and all water sports.

Each Chalet offers:
• All bedrooms en-suite.• Weber and gas barbecues.
• Spectacular river views.• Mini libraries
• Open plan lounges and fully equipped kitchens.• Shaded parking outside (1 carport per chalet).
 • Fans, heaters, hairdryers and TV’s with M-Net (entertainment channel).
Catering
We can deliver breakfast, dinner or a picnic basket on arrangement. See attached for our menu. Orders has to be given well in advance (48 hours). Cooked meals can also be arranged.

Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is from 14h00 onwards and our check-out time is 10h00 sharp Monday to Sundays. If you do arrive late, please let the office know, so they can do all the necessary arrangements. Your will leave your door open and a representative of the resort will make contact with you in the morning.

All tariffs quoted in this contract include VAT at 14%
The tariffs are quoted in South African Rands on a per Cabin per day basis
Accommodation includes: Fully and luxuriously equipped, double-story, 1x2- and 6x3-bedroom units (master bedroom and entertainment areas on entrance level; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms downstairs. All bedrooms en-suite; all have river views. All Cabins have Weber and gas barbecues, mini libraries and television with entertainment channels).
Children under 3 years of age sharing with two full paying adults are for free. Children over 3 years pay normal adult tariff.

CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT POLICY
All cancellations, additions and amendments must be made in writing. Cancellations/ amendments are subject to the following conditions:
If you do wish to cancel, please notify us at least 2 weeks, 45 days or 3 months (depends on period of booking) prior to arrival date. Your payment, less a facilitation/administration fee, will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks, 45 days or 3 months (depends on period of booking) before arrival date, you will forfeit your payment.
Non-arrivals are subject to the full hire fee.
In the case of any refunds, there will be an admin. fee of 10% with a minimum of R100-00 per cancellation.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Cybercapetown must receive a deposit of 50% which is part of hire fee within 5 days of reservation.
Unless otherwise arranged, Cybercapetown must receive full payment for accommodation at least 30 days, 45 days or 3 months prior to arrival or confirmation of the booking (depends on period of booking).
