• The Owner and/or Managing Agent cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to the property or possessions of any guest, whether caused by fire, theft or otherwise.
• Booking Confirmation & Payment: a 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:
- should a reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- should a reservation be cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival,a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- in the event of a “no show” or should guests not arrive on the agreed date, the cost of accommodation for the entire duration of the booking will be charged.
